The CNSO will be participating in the rock opera project based on the novel written by Romain Rolland. The authors, Dušan Rapoš, Eva Vejmělková, Tomáš Roller, and Jaroslav Moravčík, have concieved the project as a requiem for the 20th century.

The world premiere will take place in Prague, December 2, 2010. The performances in Košice and Moscow will follow. Part of the double-album of the symphonic rock opera and ballet about the unfulfiled love was recorded in the Gallery No.1 studio of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra.
